"This was our first time staying at this property. We stayed here for the Aboogie concert and I have to say that the stay was awesome. Granby checked us in, she was both attentive and friendly. The check kn process was fast and easy. The hotel lobby was very clean and quiet. The room (we got the 1 br suite) was very clean and everything was working properly. We didn’t get to enjoy the pool as we had to head back to CT. Other than that I give this place a 10. Will definitely come back. "

"This was a really nice, straightforward stay. It's an old building, but it's been cared for and everything was clean. I loved that you could open the wooden blinds to reveal the old molding around the windows and let sun into the room. The staff was really nice. Everyone just gave off a generally welcoming vibe, which is not a given these days! The price was good, the parking was free, and downtown Syracuse seems to have a new-ish creative jolt to it. We will stay again."

The ability to use a washer and dryer is great, but the dryer needs to be replaced and the machine needs to be cleaned as it left a blue streak on clothing. "
