Kona Reef, A Raintree Vacation Club Resort

3.0 star property
8.6 out of 10, Excellent, (395)
"The unit we stayed in was owned by the leasing company. It’s pretty basic but functional. Our only complaints are: 1. The floor was not clean. I took my shoes off when we first checked in and within 2 minutes my feet were black on the bottom. I suspect it had not been mopped in a long time. 2. The WiFi while present and free had a max download speed of 5mps. Slower than dial up I think. Essentially the WiFi was useless and the front desk didn’t do anything about it. 6.2 out of 10, (126)
"Nice little place in very good location. 50 yard walk to water front Alii Street full of good restaurants. Very popular place. Would have been nice to have a table to eat at. I always found a place to park but parking is difficult. It is what it is. There was a $270+ fee added to my charge that I was not made aware of at time of booking. Otherwise it was a pretty inexpensive place to stay in an expensive destination"
