"Big island retreat is located in a super quiet and beautiful area near the shore. Our guest room (orchid) was clean and spacious with a partial sea view, and our check in was very convenient. Two minor downsides: 1) there was no shampoo and bodywash in the room, but the onwer immediately brought a shampoo as we messaged her. 2) Utensils in the dining area were not very clean and there was still tea stains on the cups. "We were in Unit #128 first floor. Pro's: staff was friendly. 1. Aliyah took the time to give us all the local places we would enjoy. 2. We had access to hot tub and pool area. They also have a grill area and shower area before you step in the pool. We had access to a laundry area on site. They was alot of animal and bugs on the property. A small Gecko entered our room.There is a roaming cat around the area. 3. The place is across the street to a beach area. The island seemed laid back with...
