"We needed a hotel near the airport as we had an early morning flight and the Sama Sama exceeded our expectations. The hotel is connected to the terminal by a walkway and there is a complimentary buggy shuttle available if you have luggage. "Everything about the hotel is good. Check-in was smooth. Check-out takes time, bell-boy service was super slow and waited for almost an hour. Compliment to front-desk staff Francis who help trace one of family member who left the bag with passport. Without his persistent looking for help from the manager in-charged we may end-up having to make police report and approach our embassy. Kudos to front-desk staff Francis and Zaton who make our family of 49 most memorably days."
