Staff were extremely friendly and polite. Sangeeta who assisted with my check-in was lovely and called me personally when my room was ready. The rooms were clean with a nice layout. "This is the best hotel for value for money. I have stayed here many times and will continue to choose this for most of my KL visit. Location is not so near public transport but grab being so cheap in Malaysia, you can grab a taxi to anywhere Hotel may not have restaurant but again you can get food delivered from anywhere in 10-15 mins and have it at level 1 . "

"Room was great since it has easy access to the kids pool. Amenities provided was good. But the room especially the toilet was rather small. Facilities provided is good. Breakfast was average. The restaurant was indeed spacious but they might need to consider to open two buffet line instead of one to cater the crowd/ guests.
