"We are a family of 4 (2 adults, 1 child and infant). This is our 13th trip to the island and I have never experienced this kind of positive experience. We stayed for 14 nights. I gave this review 4 stars for the check in process because the person in charge of changing the lock box code stated he wasn’t expecting us to check in that day BUT Sandy is phenomenal- she responded immediately. We had a few hiccups at check in (in addition to the lock box code) but the issues were resolved quickly....

"Enjoyed the ocean views and saw whales and dolphins. The pool and surrounds at the Surf and Racquet Club were outstanding. The unit itself was quite comfortable nut could use a little updating. All in all a delightful stay."

"Million Dollar views! Conveniently located to town. Not too close, not too far. Was there for Ironman and it was a perfect place to be. Bedrooms were comfortable and each had an air conditioner unit that worked very well. Kitchen had updated appliances. Beautiful little community with a pool and tennis courts. We had a choice of watching the sunsets from the lanai, or a 1 minute walk to the beach. Sandy was super nice and easy to work with. Would stay there, again, in a heartbeat!"

"This was our second time staying in the Kailua-Kona area and this condo was better than the first, and our first condo was pretty good! This condo ticks all the boxes. Wonderful, gorgeous ocean view. Great outdoor living space. TONS of kitchen supplies. TONS of beach equipment, and lots of great beach towels. We will definitely be booking this condo again. Kevin was an absolute gem. Communication with him was 100%."

"This was a great location to use as our base to explore different areas of the island each day. It was also very nice to relax by the pool each evening after our daily adventures and to watch the sunset into the ocean. There is a grocery store, some good restaurants, and a nice coffee shop a few blocks away. Very convenient. Would definitely stay here again!"

"Property itself was very nice but the unit was older and was in need of some updates and repairs; cupboard doors did not close properly, stains and tears on sectional, ice maker broken on fridge etc… Also found nail clippings on the bathroom floor. Minor things, the pools and grounds were very nice though and we spent more time outside anyways."

"We were there for only two nights so didn't get to use the amenities. Great property and really clean. "
