"Great hotel if you are flying early the next morning-walkable to terminal 2 in Heathrow. No extras in the room though- no cork screw, water, coffee maker etc. There is is mini fridge, but nothing in it. The rooftop bar was lovely, and the best Indian food I have ever had!"

"Lovely hotel quite central. Next to the underground, but even walking distance to Piccadilly area. A lot of useful shops nearby (coffee shops, pharmacy, supermarkets,…) in case you need something extra. The staff was really amazing, especially the room service that helped me sorting out a problem at 6 am. Unfortunately I don’t remember the name of the man, but I will never stop thanking him. I go back to this hotel yearly for my work and quality/price is excellent. "

Our room was very spacious and clean and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. We loved the lounge area and room service staff. Amanda in the lounge was especially helpful and courteous.
