"Check in location is a few minutes walk away from actual apartments, which I knew. But they dont even offer to take you or your luggage to the location. The heat didnt work and after multiple attempts to get someone they finally came over and changed our apartment to yet another apartment with no heat and limited working outlets.Customer service is none existent. It was near a shopping center and some fast food but I wouldve rather traveled for food and been comfortable. "

"We really enjoyed our stay here. I like the quiet location, but yet close enough to the city centre that we could walk. We'd walk to the Dockland shop area for breakfast, then continue walking into the city centre for our destinations. We also found it to be a safe location. "Wonderful stay, great location! The apartment could use some minor cosmetic improvements but overall a great stay and all amenities you could need with a full kitchen! Easy to access especially with the new smart lock process, very flexible with early check in when possible. I would love to stay again in Dublin at this property but would request if possible a unit on the side that overlooks the busy bustling Temple Bar alleyway (Crown Ally rather than Cope Street). Overall a great stay!"

"Great room for a quick stay, location is convenient and the facility has a market, food hall and bus station located onsite. They also offer free parking. The rooms were clean and equipped with everything needed for your stay. A few things for attention, the rooms do not have a thermostat for air conditioning, however there are windows to open if necessary. The beds are twin size and and not as comfortable as you may hope for if you are a tall individual. Very happy with our stay!"

"Quirky Hotel, great location just over the bridge from Temple Bar, great reception area and hotel bar. The street it’s on isn’t the best but if you leave and turn right and right again you get to the main streets which are much nicer, check in was slow, but otherwise no complaints! "
