"まず、ご飯が1泊２食付きと書かれていたので、鶏鍋やすき焼きなどが選べると思ったら、強制的に鶏鍋の予約になっていた。 結局アップグレードして（一人2000円追加）すき焼きにしたが…びっくりする位量が少ない!! ハチ北の他の宿に泊まってすき焼きを食べたときの半分ほどのお肉しかなかった。（画像で3人分です他にはご飯しかありません。） そしてお肉が硬かった。 あれは本当に但馬牛でしょうか…？ きっと但馬牛でもかなり安い部位なんだろうな…。 これでは楽天とかの方が安いので損をした気分です。 あと、卓球などができる憩いスペースがあったんですが、こちらにあるコタツ、ストーブ（コンセントが抜かれていて届く場所にない） 使わせる気がないなら、置くべきでは無いのでは？ 体脂肪率や筋肉量を測れる高い機械があります！！と部屋にあるパンフレットに記載があったが故障中。そもそもプリント用紙が入ってないので使わせる気がない。 これ、本当にハチ北で1番良い宿と言われるひさ屋でしょうか？ 客層も20代半ば位の若い子が多くて… 少しガッカリでした。 もう泊まりません。"

"The room is very clean and comfortable. Staff are all very friendly and helpful. The location is very good, central to the shopping street and just steps away from the bus terminal. Overall, delighted to their services and hospitality provided. "

"We drove to the ryokan from Nagoya Centrair and had no problems finding it. Parking was free and it was conveniently located right next to the ropeway (which was great!). Food was delicious and the onsen was great too. The only negative feedback I have is that certain parts of the room was dusty and perhaps the room needs to be cleaned more. Otherwise, it was an very pleasant overall stay."

"Rokkosan Hotel is located high above the mountain and offers a beautiful view of Kobe. My wife and I used the free shuttle bus service from the airport. The historical property is a little dated, but that is on the other hand posesses old style charm that is pleasing. We enjoyed the professional service and particularly appreciated the kind sendoff by staff at departure. It is unfortunate that the hotel is scheduled to close at year end."

"Staff was incredible. Very helpful and friendly. The location is beautiful but the decor a little outdated. The room was very smokey but ok once we opened the window to air it out. The food was EXCELLENT. The outdoor onsen was my fave. I would stay here again despite the smokey room - just make sure you request a non-smoking room!"
