"The room was booked for my daughter as an early birthday treat. She had a lovely relaxing stay. The only problem she encountered was when ordering room service for breakfast the following morning. She was advised when checking in that she could order room service for breakfast but when she phoned reception another member of staff informed her room service was not available for mornings & my daughter missed breakfast which was a shame aszshe ran out of time."

"Beautiful old building on George Square, pass it often but first time we have stayed overnight. Quite grand inside, high ceilings and enormous windows. Friendly, welcoming reception. Great big room and bathroom, warm, clean and comfortable, overlooking the Square in its Christmas finery. Lovely bar and staff. Breakfast in the large, beautiful restaurant was a buffet with many hot and cold choices including a fruit bar. Excellent value for money and location couldn't be more central."
