At times there were signs that there were insufficient staff on duty, which caused delays at mealtimes and in the bar. As advertised, the ceiling was low - sloped into the eaves at one side of the bed, so my wife had to duck a little when going to bed, but main part of room was over 6 feet, so fine for this 5'10" bloke.
