"This is a beautiful hotel, with incredible views. The only thing stopping me giving it a full 5 stars is the bed is just way too hard. It’s a common theme in Japan, and I just don’t understand it! It’s like sleeping on concrete. They really need to have a way to accommodate western guests’ preferences for comfortable beds, instead of only catering to the domestic market in this regard. Any westerner travelling to Japan needs to be aware of this issue, particularly if you have back or hip issues."

"Stayed for one night before my flight back home and it was comfortable. Close to the station and there's a FamilyMart a minute down the road. One bedroom rooms are tiny but cozy. Though, the elevators could get annoying if you're on the upper floors even with four of them, but great hotel overall!"

"Friendly and helpful staff. Originally booked for 2 x 2-bed rooms. My daughter came to join but almost full for the hotels nearby. The staff help upgrade one room to a 3-bed room. Location is fantastic. Shopping is convenient. Taking transport to nearby or far distance with no hassle."

"Beautiful view of the castle and staff were excellent very friendly. Gorgeous Christmas decorations and lobby. Breakfast was also fabulous. Safe clean and lovely location near subway and JR rail Only fault is pool gym need to pay for, although we didn’t have time for that anyway as there was so much to do anyway and great running tracks near by Highly recommend and Thankyou to all the staff!"
