"I have stayed at many hotels in London for both business trips and pleasure. The Rembrandt is my favorite. Rooms are clean and comfortable, the lounge is cozy and relaxing and the staff are excellent. "

"We have been staying at this hotel for over 15 years. On this occasion we left my husbands medication in the mini fridge and when we called just a couple of hours after check out to let them know and that we could come back to collect it we were told it was not there. This means it had not been saved as lost property by the housekeepers and had been discarded. In our opinion this is not good practise. "
