"Really rough the room had left over drink and food from previous guest. The rooms are super hot even with AC at 16 does nothing. The desk staff are rude and not helpful "

Mall side, day to evening time (till 20:00) music noise, street side all day car noise due to the window frame and glasses' quality. Swimming pool and gym are very clean and nice as there's almost no users. Most guests are business or sports players I guess. "

"We absolutely loved this hotel! The staff were all very friendly especially the pool and restaurant/ staff. The hotel is gorgous and always smelt amazing and was spotlessly clean. We loved the finish of the hotel and the artwork on display. The pool is fantastic and what a view? We spent all our free time there. We had some khmer friends to visit and they enjoyed a coffee at the bar and the view too? But also the turtles and fish in the pool outside the front door.
