"The hotel was very smart & clean. The staff always helpful. We had breakfast each morning, which is self service buffet with plenty of choice. Our stay was only 4 days, so didn't really experience the facilities to the full. But they have a bar & restaurant, a gym & pool table. The hotel is just a 10min walk to the beautiful Old Town & Market Square and 5min from Wawel Castle (look out for the fire-breathing dragon). "We had a great stay here! The staff were all very welcoming, very friendly and always happy to help with anything we needed! The hotel was just like the photos, such a nice feel to the place. We ate at the restaurant a few times and the food was just amazin! The service brilliant. We could not fault them! We also looked into most restaurants in old town, and It had to be one of the nicest settings we seen! "
