"A great location. Great service. Great food and wine. Room was comfortable. Supposedly an upgrade from what I booked but I would have preferred not to be located on the first floor. The view would have been spectacular higher up had we not looked out onto the concrete roof of the lobby. Slightly dated furnishings and lumpy pillows for a 5* hotel! There is a health suite and pool but we didn't get chance to visit due to lack of time. Would stay again."

"Overall, very positive stay! The main plus is the location and very friendly and accommodating staff. We were able to check in earlier, which was huge given the long travel with small kids. Minor little things like netfix not working, little issues with they key card, were not really a bother. The gym was a great plus and open 24 h. Would definatly stay again for the location and spacious room and

like bathroom!"

in a very quiet setting. Good food, great wine, great service. Only drawback it is not in the center but not a problem once you figure out the outstanding Krakow public transport. It will cost you 4 zlotys to get to the center in 10 minutes. "
