"I had a cozy single which was well placed and comfortable. As a VIP, the hotel put a full-sized bottle of wine in my room, which I appreciated. My only concern is that the hotel tells clients to place a sign on the door by 3 p.m., if you want to opt-in for cleaning services. But I didn't check in until 3:30 p.m. when I arrived, so I fear I had missed it. The room was serviced anyway after I put the sign up late, but I've never had to "opt-in" to cleaning before. "Stunningstay and grwat location. Receptionists are brilliant and beds and pillows the best weve had whilst away. Top hotel."

"Exactly what we needed for our stay in krakow. Everything in the room was controlled through a tablet, and the TV allowed us to cast to it which was a very nice touch. Unfortunately the restaurant was closed for 2 of our 3 nights, with private events on so we were unable to dine there, and we weren't told this beforehand. Otherwise it was great, had lovely social areas and a free coffee machine! "
