"Service staff is very friendly and the gym was very well equipped. The steam room and jacuzzi were good as well. However the cistern in our room kept malfunctioning which inconvenienced us a fair bit. In addition, instructions dont seem to be passed on properly. For example, we requested for a rollaway bed and extra set of toiletries as our room was booked for triple sharing but it wasnt set up when we checked in and got into the room. Another example was that we wanted only breakfast for a day...
