"Perfect hotel - room was huge, comfortable bed and had a with sea view. Staff were lovely, nothing too much trouble. Hotel was just round the corner from tbe shops/restaurants and the pier- perfect location. Ate out so didn't use the restaurant but it looked spotless. Would definitely return and recommend "

"Hotel really nice, staff extremely helpful and friendly. Only a couple of things thst could be changed....tea spoons instead of wooden stirrers, biscuits in room, dog bed and bowl would be a nice touch too when u are staying with your pooch."

"I am a wildlife photographer and was looking for a hotel in North Wales which had the potential for some nice photos on its doorstep and it was just what I was looking for! The grounds were beautiful. Not only that, there are plenty of quiet spaces around inside near the bar area so I was able to have a peaceful drink while I edited my photos. The staff were all friendly and helpful and we were shown to our room on arrival. We had a classic double room which was a bit too small for our liking with a small window too which meant that the room got very warm in the night. We would upgrade to a bigger room next time, just something to bear in mind for those considering staying in summer. "

Time fir a revamp and deepclean

"The property is in a quiet location and the promotion pixtures are largely acurate. Unfortunately the property does not seen.to be maintained and inside the facilities are just mean or.missing. The kitchen is missing basics like salt & pepper, and has a very small fridge. The dishwasher is again very small and the door does not open properly making it practically impossible to insert dinner plates. There were just 3 tumblers and 5 teaspoons provided. Ourside the riverside patio needs a clean and the garden.plants are overgrown making the garden and patio quite dark. "

A quiet and cosy Shepherds Hut, with wood burning fire with scenic views

"We spent a lovely night at this beautiful shepherd’s hut. It was perfect, the view was delightful, we sat outside enjoying it with our morning cup of tea after a night’s sleep that was only interrupted by the call of an owl. The only thing to have improved our stay would have been some fresh milk in the fridge on arrival with which to make our tea. We would recommend a stay here. "

Tan Y Celyn - Two Bedroom Cottage, Sleeps 3

A rural retreat.

"The property is lovely and in a pleasant spot although right at the road side( very narrow and not much traffic ) so still quiet. We had some trouble locating the key which is beside the back, not front door which is quite hidden. Inside it is well appointed, cosy and clean. Great bathroom and kitchen and the lounge was adequate for two,of us. Some problems putting the tv on But we managed it o the third night. But al tv’s seem endlessly complicated these days. Progress seems to make things more difficult. My only real problem was the larger bedroom where the bed took almost all the space. There was no room for a bedside table for my book, glasses, hearing aid charger or watch.. Difficult for anyone I should think but at 89 I found it tricky to have to get up for everything I needed. But the bed was comfortable! I. Cannot imagine a couple in that room with nowhere to put clothes or luggage. I think it would be better to just have a single bed and let it to singles."
