"We loved this place!! It's in the heart of town with a great bar attached. The staff was so welcoming and kind. We had a big group and they accommodated us all, no problem. It doesn't have its own pool but we were able to get into the Sand Bar down the street with no extra charge, which was great! Right in the heart of town. Very clean. I wish the family suite had at least another 1/2 bath in one of the rooms, but it's nothing to knock a star off for since all the other factors were great....

"We loved our stay. Our hotel room was PERFECT in every way. The water was across the street and we enjoyed sitting in the adirondack chairs watching the waves. I would definitely recommend Kelleys Island Venture Resort to friends and family. "

"The house was clean and very cute. Beds were comfortable and kitchen had everything we needed. The Island club was very quiet and great for families. The downside was the window coverings. The curtains on the sliding doors only cover a portion of the doors. Anyone walking by can see the entire living area which offers no privacy. The shades on the bedroom windows are see through if the lights are on which offers no privacy for dressing or sleeping. Had an issue with ants in the Kitchen. If those...

theme. The rental is a part of the St. Hazards complex, but is listed as being across the road. This inaccuracy caused issue with the shuttle driver as the address given through VRBO app doesn’t match the actual physical address. The online guidelines and the rental property binder didn’t mention the hot water heater switch. We found it easy, but some folks may struggle. Outside of those issues our stay was outstanding. "Property has beautiful views of Lake Erie. Many windows and sliding glass doors allow enjoyment of the waves crashing against the rocks along with fresh air. Condo is decorated in a tropical theme. Very nice wrap around porch. Enjoyed our stay!"
