"Ara was very easy to work with. When one of the circuit breakers tripped he responded quickly to get us into the locked closet so we could flip the switch. He was also very kind to arrange a new portable crib for the 20 month old we had with us. Overall our experience was good. A couple of comments about the kitchen, there are not enough drinking glasses or coffee mugs. If you like champagne there are over 20 champagne glasses. But there were only only about 4-5 drinking glasses....
