"Great location for seeing London."

"This hotel was such a pleasant surprise! Location was great- it was about a 15 minute walk from the train station and a 25 minute leisurely walk down the Thames to Westminster. I'd highly suggest the hop on hop off tours. They all pick up in that area. When leaving the hotel we were always greeted by friendly helpful staff. Taxis were there waiting, but word of advice- they are very expensive. Fare was 26💷 to go about 1 mile. There are quite a few restaurants nearby, but they are not budget friendly. I suggest traveling out of the area for food. The room was immaculate. Wonderful bathroom- rain shower/ handheld sprayer option. Water pressure and temperature was great. My only complaint is the lighting stays pretty dim. Speaking the lighting, the room has a cool feature with all the controls on one pad. Automatic opening/ closing the blinds, different lighting features (the "mood" feature was a cool twist). On the downside, the pull out couch was not comfortable at all. Mattress was super thin and every time someone moved it made loud noises. There was a hairdryer and iron/ironing board which was nice. The room service food was also pretty good and a good option if you don't feel like leaving. I would definitely stay there again! "

"This place was a gem. The room we had included a little kitchenette, perfect for a business traveller and for us keeping the birthday champagne cool. Fantasticly situated for train connections, and a pretty decent price too, whats not to love! "

"Hotel was about a 10 minute walk from the Vauxhall Underground and train station and about an 8 min walk from the Nine Elms Underground stop. There are several food options close to the Vauxhall stations. Room itself was small and clean. Shower was tiny. We went for a long walk to Buckingham Palace and it was about a 35-40 minute walk. We went over the Vauxhall Bridge and that offered a nice view in the distance of the London Eye. There is a hairdryer, body wash, lotion, and shampoo/conditioner in the room with an iron available upon request. We did not drive or purchase breakfast, so I can't speak to either of those. We went to the SW8 Laundromat to wash clothes and it was very clean and about a 4 minute walk from hotel. The machines take cash or cards, which made it very convenient. Staff was very nice and helpful. There is a lift as well. Would recommend. "

"As a first timer in London, the location was conveniently walkable. The Waterloo station is available to use. The location was convenient and felt safe. We would stay here again when we return!"
