"Enjoyed my stay here while in London for work. The front desk staff was incredibly helpful and kind. The breakfast was pretty good and the dinner was great as well. Beds were not all that comfy but still slept well. My only gripe would be that the maid service would try to come into our room even when the do not disturb was on the door. One day they even yelled into the room quite loudly/forcefully. Other than that would stay again. If you get the dinner, do yourself a favor and order the fish n chips and the apple crumble with custard. Amazing! "
