"Lovely hotel. Room was comfortable and I really liked the bar downstairs. We had dinner and breakfast in bar. Lots of options and both excellent. Staff are friendly and helpful. Thi is my favourite place to stay in Lancaster. Central and can walk to train station from it. "

"Staff are lovely and the building has some nice old touches. The bar area and restaurant are nice but the rooms although clean could do with some updating. I stayed ina standard room wich was functional and cleanly decorated but the bathroom was a little dated. I would stay again though."
