"I stayed here a week, my first time in a hostel. The reception is always very friendly and helpful. I spent a lot of time in the common areas. I met some really nice people that were also staying there. They have lockers for 5£ per use. The beds were comfortable and clean linens. Very close to food options. I would stay here again. "

"Beginning to show it's age in some areas such as the carpet on the bridge leading up to the hotel entrance. Otherwise exceptional hotel. The best airport hotel for guests who are accustomed to best accommodations. We have stayed at this hotel more than 10 years during our travels and never been disappointed. "

"Very convenient location, easy check in process and a clean room with a view! I arrived at 11am and the concierge allowed me to check in my baggage so I didn't have to carry it around until 3pm. The restaurant, Vicinity, which is located on the main level had amazing food options and wine. I would reccomend that anyone stay here if they are looking to be in the heart of London. The Tower Hill tube station was a 6 minute walk from the hotel! "
