"Was coming off a stay at a terrible hotel elsewhere in Paris and moved on impulse to this one for my last couple of days. I was met by the loveliest man at reception who helped me plan my last couple of days and who gave me just the warmest welcome. The bathroom was gorgeous, the bed comfortable and I love a robe in a room! Would happily stay again. "

"I was very pleased with the experience especially the great service. When we checked in on our first room, we were a little disappointed with the cleanliness as it had stains on the rug and bed sheets, cracked sink, and other things. I had requested a new room and the receptionist told me they were full that night and I can come back in the morning to chose a different room. We stayed at the room for one night and returned to the receptionist the next day. They were very helpful and nice....

"Although room was small, bed was good. Toilet in separate room (nice) but have to go to another to wash hands. Has elevator . Husband took ill and they found hospital and called can. Also kept luggage until our return. If didn’t have another hotel booked and aid for, would stay. "
