"The hotel is a bit outside verona , but the saving grace is the shuttle - fr hotel to town centre which is good . We’re let down on our last night , the shuttle didnt come , so we took a taxi but was refunded immediately, which is good . Staff are very helpful & nice . The room is spacious & clean . The breakfast buffet is just okay … wish they prep more hot foods than mainly bread & pastries . "

"Lovely hotel. Staff at the desk were lovely and extremely helpful as we did get ants coming in and they resolved it straight away. Breakfast buffet was nice with a good selection. You would need a car to get around as the closest town was around a 50 minute walk. They have a large car park which was helpful. We did eat one evening there and we were a little disappointed with the service as they kept forgetting us. Overall it was a lovely stay and would recommend "

"Accommodation was great for what we needed, views from accommodation very beautiful. Staff in Reception very good and helpful. One of the main men in the restaurant obviously didnt like non Italian guests and made us feel uncomfortable and an inconvenience. Apart from that we had a great stay. "
