"little upsetting the indoor pool wasn't open yet but understandable as it was being remodeled. the vending machines weren't working on any level. we also weren't able to purchase the souvenir cups late in the evening, so we had to drive over to the gas station for drinks. We had a light out in the bathroom and the carpet was frayed in our room. Wasnt a huge issue but, since this was our 4th stay, we know this isn't the norm. We also didn't have coffee k-cups in our room and when they were requested, I wasn't treated very well it felt. "
