"Property should have been checked my maintenance before renting. Insulation was blowing out of heat vents into jacuzzi tum making it unusable. Bed was broken or not put together correctly and could only sleep on one side. Great location. A bit hard to get to but needs to be better maintained. "

"The cabin had everything we needed. All equipment work fine. We used the grill and had dinner every evening on the outside balcony, this was early july, we didn't get any insects (mosquito) bothering us. it was extremely pleasant and relaxing. The kids walked to the pool every end of day when we came back from mountain trailing, we didn't watch TV and tried to shut down our computers as much as possible. "The cabin was beautiful, there was everything that was needed great location. The only thing that I should have done was read the reviews . Only one bedroom & the other two people have to sleep on a pull out couch in the living room. otherwise, we were very happy with this cabin"

"Location was beautiful and very clean. Host checked on us several times and are helpful and friendly. The drive to location is rugged. 4WD recommended. Bathroom is 25 mins away just fyi. WiFi was non existent but we didn’t mind. There is a dusk to dawn light that shines in your tent no matter where you put the tent but it was great for cooking and hanging out. No issues with critters either. They also have a nice grill available if you bring the propane. Overall, it was a nice trip! "

"We loved our stay at serene gem. The location was great, easy access to Pigeon Forge, Dollywood, Gatlinburg, and Smoky Mountain National Park. The view was beautiful and felt very private. Do suggest all wheel or 4 wheel drive; but with that no problem. The beds were comfortable and the hot tub, foosball and ping pong were a hit. The record player was a nice touch.We definitely recommend it."
