Non-functional or broken interior window/door locks, kitchen drawers. The cleaning crew was still there 30 minutes AFTER our check-inn time. Denied early-check inn. Denied late-check out."

"Do not leave food or beverages in your vehicla. Air out your vehicle if food was in it. This area has bear visits. Beautiful to see though. Bad for your vehicle if you dont follow the rules."

"The property felt safe to be in. Communication was great. All my answers were answered right away. The distance from neighbors was a plus. Everything in the cabin worked. Cleaning when we left was minimal. Great location, near shopping, dining, entertainment and best of all to the national park. It could use a few more towels in the bedrooms and landscaping around the house. Overall, a perfect vacation spot for us. "

"The chalet was very clean and everything was easy to use because of the excellent directions given by the owner. Our accommodations were perfect for the 5 of us, with plenty of room for all. We used the North Club pool one day as and had a great time. The highlight was seeing bears each day! The view was superb! We hope to be back sooner rather than later!"
"Property was beautiful. it was perfect for kids with the upstairs loft and pull out beds. The two rooms were roomy as well and the living room area was nice and open. Remember there are bears so lock your cars and the cabin up! But other than that they didn't bother us. "
"Great stay for our family!This place was perfect for our family, had everything we needed and felt super comfortable. The pool and hot tub were both clean and such a nice bonus!The only small issue was the inside of the master bedroom window sill had a lot of spider webs, and I'm scared of spiders. Other than that, everything was great and we had an awesome stay. Would definitely come back!"
