"Had an overnight stay. Had a lovely welcome Room was 407, nicely appointed room, although TV needs updating. The room was uncomfortably warm We tried to turn the air con down but had no effect. Tried opening windows but they seemed locked. Rang reception was told to turn air con off for 60 seconds and then back on, it should reset itself ! This also did not work, as still blowing out hot air, 2nd time of ringing, sent engineer, who turn it off. He then proceeded to wrestle the window...
