"Lovely hotel, grounds and spa. Ate in the restaurant for dinner, freshly cooked and great service. Spa got busy and there were children disrupting calm."

"We stayed in a room on the second floor. It was spacious, very clean, and provided a large comfortanle double bed and a separate single bed. The bathroom was in pristine condition. The room was very quiet and we had an undisturbed sleep. The buffet breakfast provided a range of food to suit everyone's taste. We had a very tasty full English breakfast comprising eggs, bacon, sausages and tomatoes. There was a pancake making machine but I didn't have the confidence to have a go; maybe next time....

"Stay was good overall. Comfy beds and nice quiet room. Good central location for shops and handy for train station. Probably a little disappointed with breakfast. No pancakes, waffles for kids or overnight oats for myself, but otherwise all very tasty. Just my opinion having stayed in other hotels. "

"The location was not so good for us as there was a nightclub nearby that didn't have soundproofing as we could hear the music and singing until it finished which happened to be between 2am - 3am, especially as they would choose the last song to encourage their clientele to sing along. Even though we kept the window closed we were still kept awake with the sound. We chose the hotel for the convenience of the location in relation to the railway station and the bridge over to the Brewery Wharf...

"The room was comfortable, the staff were excellent and the parking facilities were spot on and we could leave the car there whilst we went shopping the next day. We hadn’t booked breakfast but we’re glad we added it because we didn’t have to eat again all day. All in all it would be my go to place for any Leeds trips"
