"Unhappy with original room provided as it was an adjoining room and the noise from the neighbours was a bit much. We changed rooms which was much quieter, but a much smaller room. It was nice inside. Nicely decorated. Big TV. The bed was really hard with no give and felt like it was on stilts. Whenever my partner moved the bed shook and swayed. "

"The hotel and the staff were really good. The bar area was clean and tidy with plenty of options whilst away for work. There was plenty on the menu and what I had was lovely. The staff were very friendly and always willing to help if there was anything I needed. The only issue was certain things in the room for when you are away with business were slightly lacking. There was no iron ironing board in your room. For the life of me, I could not get the heating to work and it was a cold night so...

"We stayed in a room on the second floor. It was spacious, very clean, and provided a large comfortanle double bed and a separate single bed. The bathroom was in pristine condition. The room was very quiet and we had an undisturbed sleep. The buffet breakfast provided a range of food to suit everyone's taste. We had a very tasty full English breakfast comprising eggs, bacon, sausages and tomatoes. There was a pancake making machine but I didn't have the confidence to have a go; maybe next time....

"Great hotel in the centre of Leeds. The Hotel is well kept and the rooms are of a good size and also kept clean. The beds are comfy and the shower/bath facilities in the rooms are easy to use and clean. A five star hotel for you to visit. Good staff as well. "
