Staff were super friendly, the dining area we didn’t use but they have free coffee all day so used it for that which was a super treat bring coffee lovers. "We had an excellent stay at the hotel. The hotel decoration was lovely. The crew was very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was great and varied. The bedding was very comfortable. One small comment though, the bedsheet for the mattress was a bit short, if you move too much while you're sleeping you end up on the mattress which has no protection. A metro was very close, so very easy to go the the center. "

That said, URBI was a fabulous place to stay: Large enough to make our family comfortable, clean and well-appointed kitchen, bright and clean throughout, comfortable beds, easy access to public transportation, and frankly a great value. Cons: Offsite parking was close enough, but not particularly easy to navigate with an after-dark arrival. Overall: Would seek out again...

"I highly suggest this place when travelling to Vienna. The tram (43) is 5 minutes away from the accommodation and takes you right to the city. The train that we took from Vienna Airport is just next to the tram. We even travelled to Hallstatt from here, which was a simple journey. I am from London, so I approached the train/tram map as the underground and then found it easier to manoeuvre. The flat is large, beautiful, and clean. Shops like Lidl and Adli are nearby, and a drugstore like Boots...

There was some confusion at check in as the hotel advised we had 2 rooms booked but we only booked 1 room.
