"Stayed many times over the years but things have gone a bit backward. The towels are terrible and need to be replaced ASAP, they are only good for cleaning rags. Stayed on 5th floor and the water was lukewarm at best for 3 days and not acceptable. Pool chlorine was so strong it burnt my eyelashes. Positives are great location happy staff and price point for what you get is on the money. Small changes will go a long way for western clientele. "I holidayed with a broken ankle. The horel was very accommodating to my needs. The staff were extremely helpful getting me up the few stairs to the pool bar. The hotel is pretty well suited with disabled access, except the pool bar (but staff helped me). They could improve by adding a ramp from the lower level of the pool to the pool bar/eating area. But overall, I am really impressed with the experience. "
