"Overall we were happy with our stay. We booked an ocean view room with two queen beds. When we arrived they said they did not have any such rooms available. We were informed that in HI you are only technically booking the type of room (ie ocean view) and not guaranteed the bed type (ie two queen beds). This was new to us. So they gave us an ocean view with one King bed and a roll away for my child. We called the reception each day to see if our requested room had opened up, but it never did. Our...

Was quite expensive for an hotel room without services of rest of resort (maids, trash removal (not fun poking around in dirty service area of resort to toss our trash), etc), and having to pay extra 35 per night for parking, etc. we did appreciate convenience to airport as gave us an extra morning at beach.
