"We had a lovely 6 days at the Old Mill, the hosts were kind and friendly, full of useful local knowledge. We did hire a car which afforded us some freedom, it is a little isolated, but there is a bus stop opposite and Bolt operates. My daughter and I were lucky to have the room with a large balcony over looking farm land and to the sea. We sat there at night too, listening to the silence, or fireworks or star gazing. "This property was exactly what my son and I were looking for - small hotel to use as a base. Hotel was spotless. Friendly staff, always saying hello. Have to give a huge shout out to Mohammed, always on the desk, was absolutely wonderful from the first meeting. If you needed something you just ask and he will do his best to help. Also a wee mention to the shop down the stairs, very friendly staff"

"The Lemontree Relais is a pleasant little hotel. Its facilities are basic, although has a nice pool to sun yourself. I have no criticism of it, although it is a taxi ride away from anything you want to do."

"This 8-room B&B was a fine choice for my 4 nights in Sliema, after having been traveling for about a month elsewhere in Greece and Malta. It was an easy 1 minute walk to the promenade, which offered plenty of options for tours, eating, shopping, bus routes, etc. The hotel’s 2 housekeepers/cooks were delightful ladies. Natasha and Sunti (?) made sure my needs were met, even though the hotel has no reception area. They set out an ample selection of foods in the AM and made a few hot items...

"We had the most wonderful time and thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Matias B&B on the beautiful island of Gozo. Breakfast was amazing with fresh local sweets and bread in addition to cooked to order. Victor is a wealth of information- and it was fascinating hearing about the rich local history and traditions from him. We will definitely come back!!"
