So we booked at paradise for a lot more money than where we had a reservation. We didn’t get the room we reserved, front desk wasn’t helpful. I really wish we wouldn’t have changed. The other room was bigger, cleaner, and actually gave us what we reserved with a smile. "

That was a big factor in choosing that hotel so that was disappointing but trying to cancel my reservation meant sacrificing a full day and losing out on about 100.00 to pick another hotel with the amenities we wanted so we just stayed there and did jacuzzi time instead.
