"Everything was great...Location, spaciousness, cleanliness. We had a 1st floor end unit. Then... the upstairs neighbors moved in. We are not sure if they were extra noisy, the floors and walls were extra thin, or both, but WOW. We marvelled at how much we could hear them say and how much we could hear them, and their dog, move around. The staff was super nice, the room was very clean, and the ocean super close. Get a 3rd floor unit if you can't handle the noise, but be prepared that the 2nd...

"Not polite front desk staff is just the tip of the issues my husband and I encountered on our trip. We decided the room we originally had wasn’t what we wanted. So we booked at paradise for a lot more money than where we had a reservation. We didn’t get the room we reserved, front desk wasn’t helpful. I really wish we wouldn’t have changed. The other room was bigger, cleaner, and actually gave us what we reserved with a smile. "
