"Not polite front desk staff is just the tip of the issues my husband and I encountered on our trip. We decided the room we originally had wasn’t what we wanted. So we booked at paradise for a lot more money than where we had a reservation. We didn’t get the room we reserved, front desk wasn’t helpful. I really wish we wouldn’t have changed. The other room was bigger, cleaner, and actually gave us what we reserved with a smile. "

"Pleasant staff. Clean property, beds are very soft, almost too squishy. If you don’t like hearing your upstairs neighbors, ask for a 3rd floor room. The lack of carpet in the rooms causes noise every time someone above you walks. That is my only advise. Liked my stay, did not like my heavy-heeled neighbors upstairs. "

"I will start by saying that the room was exactly what you pay for. It is small, but has everything needed for a weekend get-away. Comfortable bed, refrigerator, living area, TV’s with cable.
