"Not polite front desk staff is just the tip of the issues my husband and I encountered on our trip. We decided the room we originally had wasn’t what we wanted. So we booked at paradise for a lot more money than where we had a reservation. We didn’t get the room we reserved, front desk wasn’t helpful. I really wish we wouldn’t have changed. The other room was bigger, cleaner, and actually gave us what we reserved with a smile. "

"1 staff member Kimberly, was doing it all. I have a bad back & she gave us another room with better bed, plus 2 extra blankets to lay on top of. She was running around helping everybody. They also serve fresh cookies to the guests!"

"This place has an *amazing* view for the price. It's an older building so expect a little rust and such here and there, but if you want a good deal and an amazing view, do it. "
