" Cute, chic hotel close to sights and great dining. Room was compact , but layed out well. Bed was extemely comfortable with fantastic pillows and bedding. Morning breakfast was amazing with lots of variety. All staff was great but special shout outs to Mayora and Madalena for their kind service. Igor Alvas at the bar is special !!!"

"I really enjoyed staying at this hotel and will choose easyHotel again if I travel to cities where it operates. To provide an objective review, I'll discuss both the pros and cons of my stay. Pros: (1) The staff were helpful and friendly. I arrived in the hotel earlier before my check-in time and asked the easyHotel staff member if I could store my luggage. She kindly allowed me to store my luggage in a secured room for free. When I checked out of easyHotel, I wanted to visit a few last attractions in Lisbon before heading to Madrid. Again, the staff allowed me to store my luggage in the secured room for free after checking out. (2) My electronic devices have Canadian power plugs that are incompatible with European outlets. However, the room I stayed in at easyHotel had Canadian/American power outlets. I was pleasantly surprised. (3) The room was cleaned every day. Some budget hotels don’t clean rooms until the guest checks out, but easyHotel exceeded my expectations in this regard. Cons: （1）I had an empty water bottle that I left on the table, but it was thrown away. Although the housekeeper might have thought it was garbage, they shouldn’t discard anything until the guest checks out, as everything is kept for a reason, even if it looks like trash. (2) There was a latch lock on the hotel room door, but it could be opened with a key card from outside, which reduced its effectiveness as a security measure because I locked the latch lock inside to keep myself safe."

"Great short stay hotel if you’re transiting. Such a convenient location right in front of the airport entrance. And they provide a free airport transfer, where I’ve found that most in Europe charge for that service. Two thumbs up!"
