"The hotel is extremely clean from the time you step into the Lobby. Rooms and washrooms were new and clean. Excellent beds that are very comfortable. The staff was welcoming and explained with a map where to park. They surprised me with dessert and champagne since it was my Birthday stay. The location is very convenient. A quick walk to Alfama, Praca do Comercio & Rua Augusta. "
