"This is our go to hotel in Lisbon. Despite the renovations we had a good visit. Our room was wonderful and the change in where the breakfast takes place is a great idea. I know it's out of the hotels control but the area around the hotel is unsafe. Too many street people hanging about."

"The hotel staff were truly, very accommodating. I booked a cheaper room on the Pink Street side of the hotel and found it really loud overnight and was willing to cancel and not get a refund. However, the staff instead gave us an upgraded room for no extra charge and moved our bags for us so we could go out and see Lisboa. I am very grateful they accommodated me when they didn't have to. The hotel itself is very nice, clean and the elevators are very nice!"
