"Check-in staff and check-out staff were absolutely wonderful. Room was reasonable, carpet made it look slightly dated but still clean. The bed and covers were comfortable and clean. This is the second time I’ve stayed and will stay again."

"The hotel parking and facilities were very good the food was very good especially the breakfast which was great. all of the staff were very polite friendly and gave a top level service, especially Nicola and Oliver the chef. I have stayed in many top level hotels all over the world including Raffles, shangrila & Taj Mahal. I was very surprised how good this hotel was and was very impressed with the staff and the level of friendly service they gave. I have another job booked for a month from 9th May 25. "The main hotel was really nice, we stayed in one of the extra buildings nearby that belongs to the hotel so had to go across the road in the morning for breakfast. The breakfast was lovely and freshly cooked to order which makes a pleasant change. One of the staff Reece was very helpful and gave us lots of information. If we went again we would ask to stay in main hotel."

"Great hotel. Best bed. Very clean. Steps away from train station, which was convenient for us. We walked around town looking for a pub... Not too many that are close. Hotel has a nice restaurant, but limited evening options. The area around was a bit seedy... Wouldn't want to be out late at night. "
