"This is a beautiful part of the country and particularly handy if you like watersports - loch is within 100 yards of the hotel. Hotel is clean and staff are friendly - lots of rooms some of which have incredible views up the loch towards Lochearnhead. Room was clean and well presented - decor is dated and basic. "A night in a tent in a garden for £140 is a bit expensive specially for the quality of it. Floor uneven and cracked, and smelt a bit dump. Bathroom (in main house) is a bad design and water goes everywhere. We wanted to ask the owner questions, while they were in their private room, and as soon as we tried to get their attention, they went quiet and ignored us. They must have been able to hear me. I found it rude."
