"This was one of the nicest Holiday Inn's I've stayed at because of the friendly staff. There was a lovely welcome at reception which gave a good first impression. Nothing was too much trouble."

" Walton Hall is gorgeous and we thought we were staying in there but we were put in a different building so disappointed with that but our room was spotless and well appointed, very close to restaurant and bar. Food was great but most of the bar staff were new and need more training. They were friendly but extremely slow and didn’t have a lot of bartending knowledge. "
