"I enjoyed my stay. I am getting my home renovated so I was looking for a place to stay for me and my three children over the holidays. I had a bit of trouble connecting to the WIFI , and communication with the owner was kind of difficult. Getting a reply back took a very long time , sometimes days. Nonetheless the stay was satisfactory. It started to feel like home after a day or two."

"Perfect stay! YOU GET THE ENTIRE TOP FLOOR OF THE HOUSE TO YOURSELF!! When I booked it, I thought I only had one bedroom of several. Actually I had 2 bedrooms, a sitting room, my own bathroom, all super clean and tidy. And I was only one person! Brian and his wife and lovely and welcoming, very interesting to chat with. Super quiet location, across the street from beautiful Lake Erie. Highly recommended!"

"Our family of 4 really enjoyed this property for our annual visit to Ohio to see my wife's family. It was very clean, everything is in cabinets for cooking and cleaning. If it is available next summer when we plan our next visit, we will definitely be staying here again!"

"This home provided us with what we needed, a place to sleep and have breakfast. It was a little short on things like extra pillows and blankets. The kitchen was minimally appointed, for example, we could not find a pizza pan. But it provided for our basic needs."

"We rented this house for a weekend to bring our whole family together (3 siblings, spouses and children, and our Mother- 14 total). The house was perfect to keep everyone entertained; the pool was perfect, we grilled out, we visited downtown Vermillion. The views of the July sunset were unbelievable. Great place to stay!"
