This Unit is clean, bright, and designed for optimal comfort. It is a modern/contemporary design, brand new kitchen with new appliances (fridge, stove with oven, microwave, dishwasher, and new Keurig coffee maker) a New bathroom with rain shower head and bathtub; Comfortable queen size bed & Queen Pullout Sofa bed, large closet, beautiful fresh linens and plush towels, DirecTV, Central Heat and AC, WiFi Netflix. Private covered parking for one compact vehicle. Please Note: Please Note: EV Charging unit available at $20, per 4-hour session upon request. Please contact the host to activate the EV service and/or discuss longer-hour sessions.

THE SPACE:
This place is located on .5 acre equestrian neighborhood, adjacent to Sherwood Forest in Northridge, CA. The unit is detached from the main house and fenced separately. This unit is approx. 750 sq.ft, with 10 ft. ceilings. Everything in this unit is BRAND NEW. It was built with an emphasis on quality and guest comfort in mind. In addition to insulation for energy efficiency, the interior walls of the building contain sound efficiency insulation as well as soundboard insulation. This is to ensure proper insulation and comfort for the guests.

Please Note: Please Note: EV Charging unit available at $20, per 4-hour session upon request. Please contact the host to activate the EV service and/or discuss longer-hour sessions. You will have private access to the property via a secure intercom code, one compact-size vehicle, free secure covered parking (monitored by a motion Ring Camera), and access to the entire unit. Another great LA visiit
This is our second stay on Chase Avenue. It's a bit further out, in Northridge, but convenient to the places we wanted to see. The hosts were awesome and we would likely stay here again. The kitchen is really great with everything we needed. The rooms are spacious and there's plenty of storage.
