"Arrived at 5:30 on bus. Went to hotel. Had to wait until 7:30 because the electric ring didn't work. On top of that one of the electric rings fell out of place and I had to pay money to fix it. How is all of this my fault? I simply arrive to the hotel to check in and that is all. How am I responsible for the rest? "This hotel is nice and conveniently located to everywhere near the center of town. I stay in this hotel whenever I visit Trujillo. In the past, my only complaint was the wi-fi, but they have fixed that, and it my last visit, the wi-fi was excellent. The food at the restaurant was great and priced affordably, so my wife and I dined a couple of times in there without issues."

When my brother wanted to leave, they didnt allow him, keeping his luggage. they wanted him to pay the full amount .My brother was insulted on the top of that. There are several problems, however, the wifi kept timing out, there was no one available to turn our keys into when we wanted to check out. However if you are a light sleeper it will be a bad choice for you because you can hear everything absolutely everything outside and neighbors. "This place is awful. Very loud you can hear the neighbor use the bathroom. All the sounds you can imagine. The disco next door blares music all night. They put someone next to me despite the floor being empty and they talked all night and you could hear every little sound. One hour sleep. Blood stains on the sheets. Avoid!"
