"Not explained that access was via outside balcony door, and with 2 keys only 1 worked on 1 door. Inside, found another locked door, so thought 2nd key was to a central corridor, perhaps? Neither of the 2 keys worked. Again, had not been explained that door was to an adjoining room, no key provided because we had not booked the adjoining room.
