It was great to see a fish dish being offered., and all was extremely well cooked. Would say it would be a good place to stay with a dog. In a very good location, 10 minute walk to Lyndhurst village. "

"We were impressed with all the staff; the reception, the waiting staff and cleaners who were all friendly and genuinely seemed to care and happy to be of service to us. A big thank you, even our dog was happy. Only a slight downside is that if on the 1st floor over the bar area you can hear the music until bar is shut and staff finished clearing up."

"Enjoyed our holiday, the area is truly beautiful waking up to ponies standing in front of the property. Would just make some suggestions. Three ceiling lights in lounge are out, the lights in the dining area flicker constantly clearly a minor problem I’m sure. Light in fridge also out. These are minor issues and I mention them as constructive criticism. Lisa the owner is lovely and keeps contact throughout your booking."
